Charlie Hunnam is an English actor and screenwriter born on April 10, 1980, in Newcastle upon Tyne. Raised in a working-class family in Cumbria, he was discovered at age 17 in a shoe shop. He gained fame in Queer as Folk (1999) before starring as Jax Teller in FX's Sons of Anarchy (2008–2014)
Career:
He began his career in British TV (Queer as Folk) before leading films like Green Street (2005), Pacific Rim (2013), and The Lost City of Z (2016). He currently stars in Monster: The Ed Gein Story (2025).
